at first i bought the wrong size, but i corrected my choice-and I am very happy with it. its super comfortable and it doesn't slip off or down. i use it for outside running and the sweat doesn't make it slip off. i also use it at the gym and same thing. its great if you don't want bulky phones in your pocket and limited distractions. i got the large size for my iphone 5s (2022 model) and it fits perfectly. i have learned that the size difference applies more for you arm size and not the phone size. the material helps it fit and again its comfortable. the only thing its it can take some getting use to when and if you need to answer a call. my choice is to just ignores calls or apply do not disturb. and dont take it off until your done. so pick some great music and don't distract yourself. unless of course you need to address an emergency. good luck. happy running (or whatever you do)

I actually use this for a different purpose than the intended one. I use it to cover up and help reinforce my diabetic glucose monitor attachment on my arm so it doesn't snag on things and get pulled off. It does the job ok. I could probably use it a little tighter on my scrawny arm. My Galaxy S9+ fits well in it, but it still feels kind of floppy when I am active. Not bad at all, but just not totally in place. Kind of expected with a stretchy fabric though. Comes with the territory. The real reason for dropping it a star is it is a MAJOR pain to get my phone in the thing while it's on my arm. You better have Bluetooth or headphones, because if you get a call, you don't want to take the phone out and try putting it back in. It's such a pain. I also really wish I had gotten a different color, but that isn't a ratings dropper. I just decided after the fact that the yellow is way too bright and draws far more attention than I would like. But that's on me. The product is still very good. It has some rubberized spots on the inside that help it not slide around on your arm. The velcro is very good and the pocket will fit any phone. I would recommend it to people that are ok with putting their phone in it and not taking it out until they are done with the activity they are doing, because putting the phone in it is just a hassle.

I have tried a few arm bands and they just weren't very comfy or somewhat of a pain to get the phone in. My phone with case slides in easily. The armband slides up the arm with little effort but stays in place. It is very comfortable. I have used it for my walks, lite jog and riding my bike. Very happy I ordered a large. My arms are a decent size. 5'10 230 lbs

Great product (I got the American flag design). Comfortable, big enough for my IPhone 7+ with my Otterbox case, and lightweight. My issue is that while this is comfortable when I start, after running at a higher speed for only a few seconds, it slides all the way down my arm and I end up holding it so it doesn’t spin around my wrist. Maybe I ordered too large, but the next size down feels constricting when I tried it on in a Running store. Not sure what the solution is. Maybe it’s the sweat that makes it slip? Or my arms swinging faster? Phone is not easy to access while in the pouch nor is it easy to put back in; I have to slide it all the way off, take my phone out, check my phone, put it back in, and reposition on my arm. Not ideal obviously. I had high hopes for this product, but alas, my search continues.

I really wanted to like the Sprigs Armband, but after a few runs with it, I’m officially done. The material feels flimsy and cheap, and my phone never felt secure. It shifted around constantly, and a couple of times I seriously thought it was going to fall out mid-run. Even worse, using the phone while it’s in the armband is nearly impossible. Tapping or swiping requires so much effort that I had to take the whole thing off just to change a song or check a notification — which completely defeats the purpose of wearing it. In contrast, the VUP Armband 360° Rotatable is fantastic. The phone is locked in securely and remains fully accessible. I can rotate it, tap it, even detach it easily — all while wearing it. It's functional and dependable. If you're looking for comfort, security, and actual usability during workouts, the Sprigs armband just isn't it.

I purchased this Sprigs armband to hold a remote control for a nerve stimulator that is surgically implanted in my shoulder. The remote fits comfortably and securely on my upper arm by using the Sprigs armband. The band is stretchy, well made and lightweight. As a petite woman, I chose the Medium size so it can be worn over long sleeves.

I bought this for my girlfriend. Love the color and how it held the phone but difficult to put in when starting a run, and slow to take out without messing up your stats. Say you have a phone call coming in or you need to pause your workout for a moment, or even when you want to stop your workout it takes about at least 35 seconds to take phone out and be able to get to where you can use your phone without ripping the arm band off. If you're not a big time runner or you don't care that much about stats or ease-of-access this one is for you otherwise order something else. Not recommended.

I love this product. My intention is to order a second one. I do not have to depend on velcro to keep it on my arm as with the other products I have tried and have subsequently have had to throw away. This armband fits my arm snugly and securely. It is durable and soft. I hardly know I am wearing it. Since the armband does not rely on velcro to stay put, I have no issues with having to worry that the velcro will wear out. The velcro that holds the phone in place is great, and since it is only there to hold the phone in the sleeve. it seems that it continue to work well into the future. I HIGHLY recommend this. I am planning a second one shortly. One to use and one to wash. By the way, this washes really well. I placed it in a delicate item bag, and it came out beautifully. I air-dried it. Great product.
