This stuff helped my skin and overall holistic health. It also helps the girls, yes, the rumors are true. I mix it in with yogurt, and it tastes fine. Smell, on the other hand, is strong. Texture can be rough, so help yourself by putting it in something good.

taste horrible.. it kind of reminds me of bird food but I’m also a very picky picky picky eater I had other family members and they said it taste fine I think you just added it too things or take it really quickly then it’ll be good. still waiting to see about the benefits
