I'll start by saying I bought this set in July 2022 but I did not get around to installing it until September 2022. Set up and everything was relatively straightforward and the device worked as expected. Be careful and read closely when you buy this this particular one does not come with a hard drive therefore you cannot record any video or playback. The hard drive for this is $70 extra and you have to install it yourself which is not too terrible but still if that's a factor you may want to buy a different kind.Last month July 2023 our oak tree in the front yard got hit by lightning and The surge ran through the security system and blew up the DVR. I contacted the company and they were prompting getting back with me and corresponding with me the whole time. Louis was helpful in getting me a new DVR reissued even though the warehouse did send me the old broken one back initially. I emailed them and then they had a new one sent out. The new one works although I do need to get new cameras because those blew up in the lightning too.Make sure you have your system plugged into a surge protector because a matter of a second it can all be gone.

We have had issues with things being stolen from our yard, so we decided to buy these. As far as quality goes, they are pretty great. The downfall is the fact that sometimes it does not record and even if it does record, it's not recorded on the main receiver. Which defeats it's purpose in catching someone stealing

I purchased this security system it's is very clear and works great I had an issue and reach out to customer support and let me say. They were very prompt at getting back with me via email. I was ask to do a couple checks and vosi was a big help. They are the best i recommend purchasing from Zosi 5 star's

Update , from five stars to two , mine quit working, it may be my fault, Was content with the cameras etc. I get if you want to sell things at a budget you may have to put budget parts in, but I couldn't recommend this to anyone. Was good while it lasted, may keep the cameras, I'm not sure yet.The cameras are made of plastic, I would not put them in a place of direct sunlight and weather. Im fine with them being plastic, and just made sure to put mine under the ledge of my roof, put of direct sunlight and rain. Also in the back of the cameras it is not what I would think of as made to be water proof, more like water resistant.Zosi is China based, nothing against the people or the product, I'm just sure that in a communist country every business is in part owned by the government, something to think about having it hooked up to the internet or having their app on your phone. Something to think about when placing your cameras.You should really think about these things even if the product is made in America.I would download the glassware app from the Google play store, to see how often the zosi smart app is running in the background, personally I'm not going to use the app just yet.I have mine locked in a box and screwed down, I may use the app later on, there are a lot of permissions to agree to, it is giving someone access to your phone and to wherever you put the cameras.Overall I think it is a 5 star product out of the box, I will update if things go south, it's almost identical to the last system I had that lasted several years, hope this one does to.

This is a great system. Clear pictures. One of the cameras some how got water inside on first rain. But others work great.

Well considering I haven't even had it a year yet and I've already got two cameras malfunctioning and I did submit a service request earlier today they have responded but they're asking me for all kind of weird numbers and stuff so I left them my number if they call me then yeah I'll upgrade this to a five-star provided they warranty their product and if they don't then they will have one very unsatisfied country boy customer on their hand especially consider not also paid for the 3-year extended warranty well the extended warranty is definitely designed to inconvenience the customer to the point that they would rather just take money out of their pocket and purchase a new system or repair the system yourself rather than having to worry about asurion because you can't just replace it defective part you have to uninstall the complete system and then wait for them to decide when they're going to send you a new one and then reinstall the whole system yourself which and my point of view is pretty stupid and definitely a waste of money to buy the extended warranty
