Bissell BG10 BigGreen Shampooer with Upholstery Tool and Hose, GoodVac Microfiber Cloth, 32 Ounce Shampoo

This is a serious carpet cleaner. Cleans dirt and stains that no other cleaner can remove. It is a heavy machine but has enough suction that when finished cleaning, the carpet is nearly dry. A few hours, as opposed to a couple of days, and the carpet is dry. I use pre-treatments on the nasty stains, like oils and dog stains. Bissell makes an "Oxy Stain Remover" that works well and for the tough oil and grease stains, I use a product called "Carperaid+." Always use the Bissell cleaners in the machine as they work best in the recommended amounts. I always fill the tank with hot water. Pre-treatments will react differently with different types of stains and even different carpets. Follow the directions carefully.We have very light beige colored carpets in our home, so I can't tell you how any of this would work on darker carpets. I am 6'2" tall and have lower back problems, so bending to do anything for more than a few seconds is not going to happen. I get no back pain using this machine. It fits tall people up to 6'2". Taller than that, I couldn't tell you.

I received my Bissell BG10 on July 15 2017 and this replaced my 15 year old broken Hoover F6020-900 steam vac. Wow what a difference in cleaning the Bissell BG 10 runs rings around my Hoover. Love how much quieter it is compared to the Hoover. It cleaned up stains that the Hoover could not remove or barely removed. My carpet almost looks as good as new again. Can't wait to try it on my couch. I decided to post a picture of the BG10 next to my old dead Hoover F6020 steam vax.

Have unit for 3+ years now. Purchased to replace older other model. WOW do'es this thing suck, short of pulling tack strips out of floor.Carpet Looks New again with little work.All kidding aside its worth it. Its a machine, a real machine.A tad heavy but, once you go green you'll know what I mean.For Serious Shampooers RECOMMENDED.

I've purchased a few carpet cleaning machines, this is the absolute best one! It cleans my carpets wonderfully, it's easy to use and well worth the money spent! I highly recommend this machine!
