James Christiansen is right when he says that to overcome your fear of driving you must simply get back into a car and drive again. I spent many years in fear of driving after having numerous accidents. Then I was forced to drive and to be honest it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. This book will help you realize how to rebuild your driving confidence. It is motivational and gives ideas about how to slowly ease your way back into driving. Now I'm back to dreaming of driving a 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle that is Monaco orange. Well you have to have some goals :)~The Rebecca Review

This book is too short and doesn't explain how to overcome fear of driving. In summary of the book is to use positive affirmation and positive mental images of driving, See a therapist to help overcome the fear , and get a Driving Instructor. There you have it

Did this book say anything we don't already know?  I would have loved some concrete tis on how to overcome trepidations on the road, and this said absolutely nothing you couldn't get from a good friend.I think the only suggestion in this book of value is to attend a confident driver school, but affirmations, and all the other stuff in the back like preludes to other books were merely page fillers.
