I didn't see an option to contact the seller or I would have done that before leaving a review. This headphone jack has constant static/feedback when used with my iPhone X. It's so bad that it isn't usable, even after troubleshooting online (cleaning with compressed air). I've already thrown away the packaging or I would have attempted a return. I'll be happy to change my review if the seller reaches out to try to solve the problem, but since I've thrown out the packaging, that may not be an option.

The jack adapter is awful. If there had been real reviews on the website then I probably wouldn't have wasted my money buying it. it was all static and feedback and it hurt my ears to listen to one song with it. I tried multiple headphones thinking that was the problem, but it wasn't.

Tried this out on my iPhone X and it didn't work properly. The audio kept cutting in and out. I then tried another adapter I ordered, which worked without any issues. Returning this and looking elsewhere for another backup adapter. Maybe mine was just a "lemon" since the rest of the reviews seem so positive...

I tested this adapter with several different headphones, including the "standard" Apple earbuds that came with one of my older phones. The sound was ok, but the controls on my earbuds did not work. Because iOS control compatibility was claimed (several times) in this product's description, I'm wondering whether Amazon shipped me the right product.

Overall horrible product but fast customer servicd. The first one I had ripped apart from the wiring on the 2nd day. They sent a replacement the next day. The next 2 that I have produce a horrible white noise sound when you play a song that is so distracting. I dont know how they didnt test these out before producing this product

I am surprised at thehigh level of positive reviews for these crappy adaptars. I bought one a couple of weeks ago and it broke. So I ordered three more. I wish I hadn't. Each one I tried to use was defective. Sound only coming from one side of the headphones and the sound quality had constant buzzing. I had to continuously play around and twist the jack this way and that way and not move unless the static would kick in again. I will never buy these again. In fact, I am investing in wireless headphones because I cannot continue to throw god money away on garbage products.!

After a few weeks, I couldn't hear sound out of my headphones using this adapter; the sound was coming out of my phone instead. When I took my phone to the IT department, they said the headphones were the problem. When I used the headphones without the adapter, the headphones worked perfectly well. And when I used my phone with the Apple headphones, the sound was fine too. So I can only conclude that this adapter was faulty. Do not buy!!!!

Product stopped working after a few days. Complete rubbish. Look elsewhere if you want something that actually works.
