It doesn't last but a day!
I was excited to receive this as I used to use liquid stabilized oxygen, so this seemed easier. However, it only lasted about a day and a half. There wasn.t that much in it.

I had a heart attack in 2009 and have difficulty breathing in extreme cold and heat. This portable O2 fits into my purse and 5 shots of the oxygen really helps me breathe.

Waste of your money
I don't see the value in this product. Tried it after exertion and found no positive results. I would not recommend it. If you need oxygen see your doctor.
