Tanming Women's Faux Leather Moto Biker Short Coat Jacket

I was hesitant to purchase this jacket, because I wasn't sure what size to buy. I normally wear an x-small or small in outerwear depending on the fabric. But because it was faux leather I was concerned about the cut under the arms. I was thinking an x-small might be too constrictive and it wouldn't allow me to raise my arms comfortably and it might pull too much. But because it was lightweight, I took a chance on the x-small and I am glad I did. It fit me perfectly and it was not uncomfortable. I love this style and the fact that it was short. I am only 5'2" and weigh 95 lbs. I bought this jacket to wear with my flared jeans, and I wanted it to make my legs look longer, which it did. If you are a shorter person, cropped jackets look better because they are not so overwhelming and they make you look taller than what you are. The sleeves were a little long, but I like them that way. It doesn't look like you outgrew the jacket. The fabric is soft and pliable and not stiff. I have bought several faux leather jackets in the past, but this style, texture and fit was the best I have ever had. It is perfect for the fall weather. I mostly wear denim jackets, but this gives me a dressy alternative. The x-small was just the right size, style and fit for me, because I don't intend to wear heavy sweaters under it. So you will have to decide the kind of clothing you will be wearing underneath it to select the size you need. Even though the zipper is slightly off center, I can wear it open (which will be most of the time) without it looking funny and the lapels lay flat. So if you want a lightweight, fashionable and comfortable faux leather jacket that doesn't look or feel cheap, I highly recommend this one. I guarantee you will get alot of compliments. Side note---packaging was good and it was not wrinkled. Yeah!!

The jacket is attractive. There is no way to wash or clean it but for $37.00 it is worth it. It was recommended that I purchase a large. According to what I usually buy it sounded right. Checking the size chart large was recommended and measurements matched mine. The shoulders and arm length were spot on. The rest of the jacket was too small in the chest and waist even though I had a tummy tuck and liposuction. I will keep the jacket. I’m in the process of losing more weight so let’s hope by spring …

This is beautiful! I wore it today and got so many compliments. I got the blue one. It is a slightly green blue and I initially wasn’t sure I loved the color because I had it in mind that I wanted a more navy or even sky blue. But then I held it up to several outfits in my closet and it is the perfect color of blue with them. I fell in love with it when I saw a pic of myself in it that someone took today. And after all the compliments, I can see that it really is an awesome piece! I weigh about 145 and I’m 5’ 5 1/2”. I got the medium. I was able to zip it up. It was a bit snug in the waist, and roomier in the arms. But I intend to wear it open like I did today and it looks amazing! It’s a wonderful compliment to many outfits and will enable me to wear pieces that I thought I’d have to wait until spring and summer to wear again. This is a beautiful jacket!

I lost my favorite pleather jacket to the elements 6 years ago as of this review. That thing had it all. I miss it dearly, but I have found an excellent runner up! I’m so excited to have found this jacket. I hunt the thrift stores like crazy trying to find ‘the one’. It’s that real. The style I got should be in the description, along with the size. I’m about 4’ 11” and 110-115. This hangs a bit boxier than my last but it sits really nice. Nothing sticks up like the shoulders or flaps - it all lays down when you stop moving. Zipped up it feels soft and just big enough to wear a thinner hoodie under. You can use the belt, just keep it unpopped or zip it off all together. I like it, it’s odd and it adds length for me. Lifting my arms the jacket rises like it should and settles when you bring your arms down. If your shoulder piece still sticks - it’s too small. I have never been a fan of zipper at the wrists, but I can open these up just enough they don’t feel heavy or awkward. The overall qualities for me are the texture (soft not rigid), weight (too heavy means too much jacket - this one is perfect), no stitching embellishments, functionality, muted fixtures, and the ‘aww yes’ feel when I put it on. The lady in the pics is ‘Goose’.

Me acaba de llegar y me impresionó la calidad, los detalles tan bien cuidados, lo bien que me queda (pedí mi talla), lo hermosa que es. Compré la que tiene dos colores: negro y mostaza. Muy original. Sobre todo el hecho de que sea de poliéster pero parezca de cuero, me encanta. Me disgusta el olor del cuero original y estoy en contra del maltrato animal. Así que tiene todas las estrellas este producto. Ya ando viendo que otro color comprarme. Muy recomendable.
