Had the system for six months, everything worked perfect out of the box and continues to do so. I've wired three cameras to a permanent power source, I rely on the rechargeable battery for the fourth and it lasts a month or more on a charge. That's also the one that I accidentally shot with a pressure washer, it was blown off its magnetic mount and fell 10' onto concrete. I watched it bounce and the battery came out, but nothing was broken and it still works great. The app works great too. Highly recommended

The first kit I ordered came without a base-station. I contacted Amazon and they had the seller make it right within about 5 days. Since then I've had no complaints. Motion detection and night vision both work well. The batteries stay charged for 2-3 months. The range from basestation is not a true 300 feet if you have anything between the station and the camera, it will cut this distance down dramatically. But in my case, it was easy to install in a central location. I went with the Kiwi Security Mounts and some generic silicone camera covers. Took maybe an hour to install a 4 camera setup and download the app. App works perfectly so far; just a small amount of lag but not really noticable.So far, its been a great investment. I will update my review if anything changes.

The sound, video, and ease of installation is phenomenal. The only issue I have is this: to properly decrease the number of notifications you’ll have to pay for a subscription. After paying, you’re able to select options to only alert you to any combination of vehicles, people, animals, and “other motion”. Without paying for the subscription, you can try to decrease the motion alert sensitivity, but I was still getting dozens of false alerts PER HOUR. With the subscription, the identification of people and vehicles is spot on.

The product is good, but if you have any issues with it customer service is non existent. You call, the open a case, then nothing. Then you get an email, to update case, you do it and nothing, 6 months later you get an email, you answer it. Then a few weeks later a call, telling you a replacement is on the way and use the packaging to return the faulty bit with provided rma. Guess what you get no replacement and a rin of rma emails with update your case...... nothing. DO NOT BUY THERE PRODUCT! they dont care for you after the purchase

Batteries do not stay charged long enough, especially in high-traffic areas. Great quality in the day. Night vision is okay but not good enough to make out faces. Easy to charge and easy to mount. Use to like these cameras a little more but I started realizing how much they are missing sometimes. Sometimes they completely miss someone pulling in the driveway but sometimes it will pick up leaves blowing. I wish I would have tried some different cameras. The only thing I'm happy with is the picture quality.

I love these cameras. I was worried because I have very unstable internet but these work great with it. And the camera can pick up motion from very far away which is nice and can set sensitivity for motion and to only detect motion from certain spots. Way better than expected. All these one stars must’ve just had bad luck or bad delivery.

First cameras I’ve ever bought and they are the best. I love it that my camera footage is saved on the cloud. Which means if someone breaks in and steals the base unit you still have the camera footage online so you can turn the thief into the authority. The arlo app is easy to use and setup.If you buy this the best thing to do is buy mounts for cameras the screw the camera to them and bought security brackets with chains. The point of these extras is that no one will try to move or steal cameras because it’ll take to much time to take cameras down and the thief will be caught on camera.
