Good, Useful, but for optimal results seek further instruction!
All worked as expected, measuring tape is double sided so shows inches and cm.Wish I could give a negative review purely for the results they gave, but that’s my issue Lol!Only down side is the instructions are for the hip area reading only - for best results use in multiple areas and calculate average

Unfit for purpose
The "click" mechanism is designed to indicate when a certain amount of force has been reached. However it relies on an off center piece of plastic slipping past the main body of the device. This is extremely sensitive to the shape of the plastic surfaces, which are not manufactured precisely. In the case of the device I received, it would "click" at about 30mm, even with only air between the measurement points - clearly the readings are meaningless. Do not buy this item, as it is not fit for purpose.

Inaccurate by design/manufacture
The pressure regulator part is off Center and the leg doesn’t fit the hole with out some extra pressure meaning accuracy is a problem.It’s an immediate return for me.

The given scale starts at 2-3mm. And no precision for 1mm...Atleast cheap and got a measurement band for sewing/waists
