any chance I can get 3 boxes of yellow and 3 boxes of chocolate together as a 6 pack price?

Walmart has the boxes individually for about the same price - both the chocolate and yellow varieties plus the cookies and brownies. They are a little hard to find though - they bury them on a bottom shelf away from the rest of the cake mixes next to the sugar free mixes.

Can you replace soybean for the buttter in the cake mix?

The box I got includes instructions on how to use a liquid oil instead of melted butter.

When baking 2 boxes in a 13 x 9 pan, how did you adjust the baking time?

I haven't baked two cake mixes together in a 13X9 pan. One cake mix fills it up very nicely. But if you do that, I would put a pan underneath in case it runs over, and then turn the oven down 25 degrees from the suggested temperature. You will also need to add 10-15 minutes to the baking time and then text with a tooth pic to be sure the middle is done. Another signal for doneness is if the cake pulls away from the edges of the pan just a bit.
