This cold wallet is a waste of your money. It only supports the old Legacy protocol, not the Nested Segwit and not the Native Segwit. As a result this wallet is useless for anything except Legacy with the more expensive trading fees. Most crypto exchanges have switched to Segwit. You cannot deposit crypto with segwit addresses to this wallet. Therefore this should probably only be 1 star rating.

The package arrived faster the expected. I haven't used it, but the item seems as described.

Good product. The touchscreen is really small. I honestly was expecting it to be more the size of, say, a small tablet or some such.

Found that the touch screen could use some enhancement, as well as the wallet wouldn’t work on my Windows 10 desktop for some reason but would work on my Windows 10 laptop. Unsure why there, most likely was a user error on my end, however it works great otherwise!

This wallet will disappoint you mainly because it lacks storage space. I like that it's a personal wallet for my XRP with any wireless connections to be hacked so I tuck it away and forget about it. I'll buy another wallet for other coins

The large touch screen was what caught my eye, which turned out to be a great feature to have. Very easy to input when I have to type in my PIN code and setup the device, and the user interface is friendly and really straight forward. Device is lighter than I expected, which is easy to carry around. Customer service was great, shoot them an e-mail regarding coin supports and got a reply within hours. Well done.

Perfecto lo único que le falta que no conecta por bluetooth.Solo por cable al ordenador.

Sicuramente un prodotto sicuro e lo schermo lo rende anche di facile intellegibilità. Peccato sia troppo piccolo per una più marcata maneggevolezza. Non sempre si riesce ad immettere il codice senza commettere errori. Peccato l'assenza di istruzioni in italiano. Nel complesso un prodotto valido con un rapport prezzo/qualità notevole.

Assez bon wallet, écran tactile au top, facilité d'utilisation, mais manque cruellement de crypto.. Depuis le lancement peu sont venu remplir ce wallet.. Ont dirait que les mise à jour sont abonnés... Pour presque 2 x moins cher, prenez le safepal s1, moins cher, plus de crypto, batterie intégré et surtout appareil photo pour scanner les q-rcode
