This stuff is a vegan miracle. I can't stop mixing it with salsa and making queso and impressing my friends. It's easy to prepare, and while it seems pricy, it's definitely worth it as a fat vegan who used to live for nacho cheese type sauces. I find that their spicy cashew dip mix is just a little too hot for me, especially if I want to add in a salsa or canned tomato with chiles that also has some heat. This one is just right, and it also can make a cheese sauce for veggies or pasta. It's not health food, but it's significantly better for you than actual cheese, plus it's cruelty free. Get some. You're going to love it.

I discovered this while vegan and it’s so delicious I now continue to use it in my meals even though I’m no longer vegan. Great flavor, healthy cheesy substitute and always good to have on hand for burritos, bowls, corn dogs, chicken nuggets, broccoli, the possibilities are endless. Give it a try!

Easy to make (just 2 minutes in the microwave) and delicious, this sauce is perfect in any dish where you'd use a cheese sauce. I especially like it on nachos. Just be sure you let it cool so you don't burn your tongue like I did!

When I don't want to soak nuts but want a quick mac n cheese this is delicious. Creamy - and you can add more or less liquid for your own consistency pleasure. Mild taste, borderline cheesiness.

This product along with a bean based pasta equals bye bye guilty feeling! Not a low cal product though but way healthier than eating the traditional mac 'n' cheese. I also put a little in marinara sauce to thicken it up.
