My manual is in English with a normal plug and lead . A little heavy for smallish lady but does the job perfectly

upon opening the box, the following problems became clear :- 1 The appliance had only a 15 inch power lead, with, 2 A European two prong plug 3 The instruction manual was entirely in German. No English translation. In summary, this hedge trimmer is not ready for sale in the UK market, so do not purchase unless you want the hassle of buying a plug converter (to UK 3 pin) and a single gang extension lead. Amazon need to check merchandise is fit for UK sale before offering it on their website. I made the necessary additional purchases and a German-speaking friend translated the instruction manual and it works ok. But unless you are happy to go to the expense of an extra converter plug and extension lead and have a German-speaking friend. avoid this trimmer. J P Tynan
