Air Pellet Rifle

You can't go wrong for the price! Rifle looks nice and is suprisingly powerful and accurate. This rifle is built like a tank! Feels solid due to its metal and wood construction. It is a heavier weight rifle and doesnt feel like a cheap plastic kids toy. After a couple of adjustments of the rear sight, I was hitting pop cans out to 100 feet with no problems. I own another high power rifle which I paid over 5 times the price of this one, and find myself reaching for this one 90% of the time. I only wish the company would offer this rifle in .22 caliber as well. Would definitely buy both! There are also many forums online you can visit for care, tuning, and upgrading this style of air gun. All around fun little rifle.

I just ( 10/25/07) purchased one of these air guns. It was delivered very quickly (4 days) and in good condition. I have fired it only a few times straight out of the box, and am satisfied with the purchase. For ~$32.00 with shipping it seems like a good deal. If you are near a Cummins store and can get it with out paying shipping that would be an outstanding deal. This is an adult sized and hefty air rifle. It may best used as introduction (for an adult) to air guns before going out and buying a more expensive gun. Some cleaning to remove the rust preventive coating may be advised.There is an astounding amount of information about this particular gun on the web, both on how to operate it and simple upgrades. Just search for B3 pellet gun or Cummins B3 also Industry B3 and you find much useful information. Taking the time to do that search will really help in deciding if this is a good fit for you. As noted in another review care must be taken when loading because if the trigger gets bumped and you are not firmly holding the cocking lever you could loose a finger if loading a pellet. Do not let the low price fool you, this is a fairly powerful gun and is not a toy. This should be purchased for adult use or adult supervised use as if it was a fire arm.I am not a air gun expert, that last air rifle I bought was over twenty years ago (a Daisy Power line 880 , which I still have).

at first it was an amazing rifle for the first couple of days i was having a blast shotting it but then i noticed the power of the rifle began going down and the lever stopped working and i got angry

...you I cannot find parts for this thing. I have searched the internet to no avail.It worked for about 500 to 1000 shots then something broke inside that did not allow the spring to be compressed. I took it apart and found it had a broken plastic part that went into and held the spring in place. Very fixable...if you could find parts. If anyone knows where you can find parts for this thing, I would appreciate the notification. Otherwise, if you buy this, consider it a disposable gun if anything breaks.To bad because overall it was a nice gun for the money.

This air rifle is not what i thought it would be. It works fine and is good for a beginner . It just does not have the power that I needed. I believe the fps is about 450 and I needed a 1200 fps air rifle..It is heavy duty and is a great beginning gun for a young lad. It is accurate and fun to shoot. Just not what I needed. It is a great price.

First off, they shipped it super fast, great contact from this seller.The gun itself is heavly, 9 pounds, mainly cause the wood stock. Its powerful, i like the single shot style. The only thing i didnt like was the rustic film that had to be claened off, but that didnt take too long. Just had to wipe down the metal parts. for the price, this gun is great. you can mount a scope as well which is cool, and single shot helps it stay accurate at over 500 FPS. My CO2 bereatta and 9mm can only manage 250-350. This high power spring beats them both.

I purchased this pellet rifle on a whim. Several of my fellow air rifle associates warned me this purchase was a mistake. Well for the $34.00 I spent on this solid wood stock & rifled barrel it outshines most $40.00 BB rifles. The underlever cocking system is a little akward @ first, but after 10 to 15 shots it starts to feel more natural. I didn't have any trouble sighting it in @ 50 yards & it has a fairly tight pattern with Crosman wadcutter pellets. The power seems to be in the 700fps range, making it powerful enuf to hunt small varmets with ease.

i bought this same air rifle. i must say that i couldn't be more pleased with what i got for the price. it got here and i opened the box and it was much nicer than i expected for 25 bucks. it is heavy and well made. its all wood and metal with a very nice finish. its very easy to load and very accurate after being sighted in. it comes with an instruction booklet with info on how to order parts. it also has a safety which i was not expecting based on previous reviews. its a great gun i hope it lasts a long time. quality product, i would recommend this to anyone. for the price you cant go wrong.
