This is a great recovery shake
This is a great recovery shake. The taste gets a bit of getting used to, I found it had a bit of a bitter aftertaste to begin with, but I don't notice it now, so that could just be getting used to the slight minty bit. I used to use High 5, which was a great tasting shake, but this is far more advanced in terms of ingredients. Both are natural with no artificial additives which is really important to me. I really like the help that Torq give, the info on their website is great including how much to take of things and when. Best Sports Nutrition company on the market at the moment.

Seems to Work
Based on web reviews I decided to try this recovery aid. It seems to work well. Just add 1 or 2 scoops to 250ml of water and shake. It mixes well and I find the taste pretty good. It does seem to work well and has some detailed science behind the contents. I believe it has improved my recovery after running and weight exercise. Recommended. 1 star off as it is more expensive then other products, but this bag is still going strong so I am reasonably happy with value.

flavour isn't the best. price per serving is very high compared to other products. Recommended serving size for me is 75g+.
