It works great to get things flowing. Been taking Taphala for years. If it's you first time trying it. Start off with one a day or one every other day. Some people's system may be more sensitive to tolerate more than one dose a day, and that's ok. Listen to your body. I hope this helps someone!

This company is great, local to me and I trust them. It’s nice to be able to get it quickly on Amazon. Triphala is great for my digestion- I notice a big difference when I take this, pretty quickly.

It works great as long as you take it when you're supposed to. Twice a day between meals. Or in my case, one late at night and one after lunch (about an hour after I eat). I had at first started out with one just to see how my system would handle it and no side effects but it didn't do its job either so I started with the 2nd pill and I started to see results. It's not a fast acting pill. It works gently on your system. I will most likely buy this again.

This did not affect my stomach in a negative way. It provides relief in a comfortable way. It’s a great value.
