You have a better chance if it not melting as the months get cooler. I have kept these in my car in the summer (live in CA where it is 90-100) average summer day and the balls were still in tact. It helps that they are individually wrapped so that contains them and they aren't going to melt together into a clump. you can put them in the refrigerator when they arrive and should be fine but they may not be perfect.

I've ordered many of these delicious, delicious chocolate truffles and I've never had a melting problem. They've never shipped them in cold packs either. But how to ensure that the chocolate won't melt? Cross your fingers and hope all will go well. :)
