Review: Quick and easy to use - Has a really flat surface so that spreading the dosa batter was really smooth and easy, I just seasoned it by scrubbing it with salt and oil, then leaving it over night and the next day when I rubbed half an onion and made dosas, they came out easily and were really nice and crispy. The only negative part was that the heat did not spread evenly so I had to move the position of the tawa to get evenly cooked dosas. The tawa is quite heavy so it's worth the money.

Has a really flat surface so that spreading the dosa batter was really smooth and easy, I just seasoned it by scrubbing it with salt and oil, then leaving it over night and the next day when I rubbed half an onion and made dosas, they came out easily and were really nice and crispy. The only negative part was that the heat did not spread evenly so I had to move the position of the tawa to get evenly cooked dosas. The tawa is quite heavy so it's worth the money.
