Kiefer 811400-3 Ankle/Wrist Weights (1-Pair), 1.5 Pounds Each, Dark Blue

Fit good i have normal size ankels for a 5"8 man....thought at first they were too light but after 10 minutes in the pool doing leg raisers i realised they were a good weight for me.....hopefully they last.

These are very useful to build leg strength after surgery or just in general. I started with the lightest weight, 1 lb, and graduated to the 1-½ lb after a year of water aerobics. I will buy again as I continue to strengthen. They dry quickly because only the neoprene covering holds water. The color does fade with the pool chlorine but it doesn’t deteriorate. Good as new after a year of 3-5X week in the pool.

Update: These are more comfortable than the previous pair (same item) that lasted for 6 months, 2x/week before the exterior fell apart. The weights are soft, easy on and off, quick drying, don't ride up, and do the job at water aerobics.

I absolutely love these water weights! They fit comfortably and stay snug! I have narrow feet and ankles and could easily adjust the clip and the Velcro stayed firmly attached. These weights allowed me to get a little more umf from the workout! Personally - 1.5 is a great weight to start out with. I’m athletic, fit, and needed just a bit more resistance.

In general it works as expected, but I thought that pair I used in the pool at Wellness center which was a little wider and with two clips instead of one is more comfortable.

They are right weight for long walks

Alternate these on my wrists and ankles—They are well made but difficult to get to fit well because my wrists and ankles are small and I cannot get the bands snug. Smaller bands do not give me the weight I need. They are well made and durable but wish they fit better.

I like the fact that I can use these wrist weights whether I'm walking, working out on a mat, doing step aerobics, or in water aerobics. My wrists are thin so they don't stay in place very well. I can only tighten them so far. I find I need help snapping them on too. It's hard to snap by yourself.

I have these in three different weights. They are AMAZING! I got to aqua aerobics 7 days a week and needed something to up the intensity. These are water proof, comfortable to wear (and adjustable) and do their job! Since adding them to my work outs I’ve gained more muscle definition ! Highly recommend this product. The product has faded a bit - but like I said I go to the pool everyday and realize it’s from the chlorine. But that doesn’t bother me

Great quality ankle weights.

Items were a little large for my wife's wrists. Not sure if they are going to remain on while she is swimming, which was the primary reason for purchasing.

I purchased a well known brand thinking it would mean quality. I was wrong. The ties on these ankle weights do not stay put and loosen up all the time. It's impossible to actually train with them.
