The stapler I received worked a couple of times when I first received it and then I set it down on my file cabinet. I seldom staple things so a month or so later when I picked it back up to use it it kept jamming. It wouldn't work when held in my hand. I had to repeatedly bang on it to get any Staples to come out and half of the Staples were broken in the process. I contacted Bostitch Customer Service and they were so kind and they are sending me a new stapler. First class customer service!

Very nice stapler, good quality…

I'm back to buy a second stapler, so I thought I'd leave a review. The ladies in my office think their white desk accessories are gorgeous. This stapler is heavy enough to satisfy a construction office and cute enough to keep the office ladies happy.

From the color, material, weight, multi-use ability as a stapler, remover, container for extra staples this was a great buy. Has not once become stuck or jammed. This was meant as temporary as I unpacked from a recent move - and I just kept this stapler and gave the others away!

This thing never works as intended if stapling 2 sheets or 10 sheets and always requires numerous tries or me having to manually bend the staples together if it gets through the paper at all. I’ve tried replacing staples to no avail. Will be ordering a different stapler. Don’t waste your money.

This is a cute little stapler. I purchased it because it included a staple remover. The staple remover works great on staples that are in cardboard or thick pieces of paper/ stacks of paper. If you just want to get a staple out of one or a few pieces of paper, you need to pry the back prongs up first or you can rip the paper more easily than you would with a conventional staple remover. The stapler comes with a storage area in the base, I found the rubbery bottom that secures those staples to be a little bit difficult to put back into place. I'm wondering if it will later be a problem (as in falling off and letting the staples fall out… I have this problem with a whole puncher that frequently falls apart dumping little white circles all over the floor when I least expect it). Other than that it seems to work just fine.

Works well. The staples it comes with are located in the storage area at the bottom of the stapler. Flip open the rubber door to store extra staples and to use the two strips of staples it comes with. Not too bulky or heavy but also not a mini size and feels solid and well made. The color matches my home computer. The color is white…I took a photo to compare it to the color of a roll of paper towels. I’m very satisfied.

Easy, does not jam, and opens fully for use on a bulletin board!

I bought a white one, not too large and not too heavy for my arthritic hands. The top seems to want to pop open sometimes when I use it but it is such a nice stapler I can live with it.

As a former officer worker and remaining office supplies addict, I have had and used countless staplers. Recently I needed another one and was astonished to find the listing for this item. When it arrived, I could hardly believe my eyes. Comfy in the hand, nice to look at, holds a whole section of easily-obtained regular staples, BUT they also cleverly built in a section below where 2 spare refill lengths are held. ??! Seriously? Yep. Why the heck haven't I ever seen this feature before? What a brilliant, elegant, simple design. What is that? 3000 staples on board?It gives me hope. If you can improve the design this drastically on an old-fashioned office stapler, maybe some brains out there can figure out some of the bigger problems in this world.Meantime, I love my Bostitch stapler! It's definitely my new go-to ; )
