This product is good for pocket 380s up to 2.5 inch barrel without lasers. Fits snub nose revolvers up to 2.2 inch barrel. Fits S&W J Frame 642/442/638/637. Taurus 85. Ruger LCR. Kimber K6s.

have Lc9 with laser and burris optic on top. barrel to back 6" bottom of grip to top of optic is 5 1/2 " please advise what size...

The LC9 with a laser usually works best with the MD-2. The MD-2 is for small 9mm with a laser or similar item up to a 3.3 inch barrel

No, the end of the holster is sewn shut.

Will this fit a bond arms .45 acp roughneck?

It will "fit" but the holster will be too large to fit properly. The MD-5 is sized to fit snubbie revolvers not derringers.
