Is the adhesive conductive or not conductive. I see one place say yes and other place say no and I lie to make sure before I buy it.

My logic says the adhesive would not be conductive , however we have not relied on conductivity for our use, so really can't answer certainly.

Will this stick to wood?

if the wood is smooth or has a hard finish on it yes if the wood is fuzzy or rough it would stick poorly

Can the sheet be cut with an xacto knife? Cuts need to be narrow and precise. e.g. 005" copper sheets from art stores are too thick to cut by hand.

Yes you can cut by hand with a scissors or knife. This foil is slightly thicker than heavy duty Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil. The adhesive and backing maker it seem thicker. I cut after adhering to the surface. Thin strips will curl.
