These are one of our favorite brands. The sound is good. They fit nicely in the ear and battery lasts a long time. Would order again .

I'm trialing these earbuds, so I may have more to say later.This is my first pair of wireless earbuds and I did a lot of reading on earbud features before this purchase. I learned a lot in the reading, but wasn't sure if I wanted to pay for the incremental features other earbuds might deliver.In general these earbuds perform well. There is one feature unavailable at this price point and I think I'm ready to pay for the upgrade. These earbuds only allow you to connect to one device. I have these earbuds connected to my mobile phone, but it would be great to have them connect to my computer also as well as the entertainment area (audio/video) You can't do that at this price point.For the price this is a great product. 1 More does not disappoint.

I have about 7 different pairs of headphones and I keep coming back to these for my daily drivers. There’s no major faults in the design of these. They serve their purpose very well and I couldn’t recommend them more for the $50 asking price at the time of this weighting 12/13/20.

Received my first set December 27th I believe it was. The right earbud would not turn on at all. I emailed the company directly and sent it back. They received the replacement on January 3rd. 16 emails back and forth. I ask for a replacement, they say they will refund it. Then they will replace it, then they need to verify my address. 16 emails Toal and I finally got my replacement today, January 14th. Now, the left earbud doesn't work. Their recommendation is just return it for a refund.They clearly have a manufacturing problem and instead of pulling this item they are selling crap products. Then, they are stringing customers along hoping they go past the return date. Seriously, this shouldn't even be a 1 star, this product should not be permitted to be sold on Amazon.

Update i got replacement today they did not come in original new box. I think they are refurbished. Cuz they didnt come with the manuals. They do work but I got a pair that has a manderin/chinese voice promt. I need english. 1more site said usa only should get english version so idk whats going on. I need the english prompts. Messaged seller.I recieved my 1more earbuds today. The right earbud doesn’t turn on or charge. Left earbud turns on and connect but none of the controls like play pause or answer/end calls work. Sent message to seller. Hopefully i can get a replacement. My previous buds were 1more as well which is why I repurchased. And was let down when my product didnt work properly

These amazing little earbuds produce nearly flawless sound. There is nothing securing them to the ear, though, so they can fall out if the fit isn’t perfect.

These are very good sounding for a blue tooth earbud. Better call quality than my previous blue tooth earbuds (Cambridge Melomania). Would have kept them except one or the other would disconnect during phone calls. Tried to update them thru the manufacturers recommended app but could not get the app to recognize the earbuds! Good communication with the manufacturer, they said the pair I got was defective and would have replaced except I didn't purchase thru an authorized dealer. I would try them again or the newer more expensive version with ANC just purchase them thru an authorized dealer.
