Major design flaw in otherwise great product
I’m cloth diapering twins, and while these covers are otherwise Fine™️, I feel others should be warned as I wish I had been: This product design has a huge flaw. The plastic logo on the butt is *stitched through* the waterproof fabric... which means that at even the slightest hint of wetness under a baby (you know, where the wetness... always goes... because of gravity...) urine wicks through the stitching holes. Expect to change your cloth diaper every 45 mins or need an absurd amount of padding with these. The company policy says they don’t consider leaks or wicking to be valid reasons for a return, which frankly I wouldn’t either if I knew I had a product specifically designed to do this. I’ve had no other leaking or wicking problems, but this one is built into the product. Kangacare, please switch to a fabric tag sewn into the outside hem of the garment like almost all other diaper covers! This makes no sense.

Leaks around tag/label
I have been using my Rumparooz diaper covers for 8 months. Do not buy. Elastics are fine and good condition. It would be a good diaper but they have stupidly sewn the label through the PUL damaging the PUL. There are always leaks around where the brand label is sewn. As you can see in my photo, the area around the label is saturated.

"Huge" newborn cover
I don't really qualify to write a review cause I haven't used it yet however I have formed an opinion... This cover hardly qualifies as a newborn cover, it's huge! I have Alvababy one size diapers and wanted something to fit properly the first 3-4 months til the one size fits. I started with the ones I have at 3 months for my first, and while it worked, there was almost more diaper than baby!! The part that was particularly too big, was the width in the crotch, so I was looking for something smaller... This newborn rumparooz cover is as wide in the crotch as a one size Alvababy, (the gray chevron is a one-size Alvababy pocket and the gray with arrows is from eBay for $4) which is exactly what I didn't want, I have collected a few all in ones in newborn size for baby#2's first few months and wanted a few covers for flour sack towels however I'll be getting a few more much cheaper covers off eBay that are a lot smaller... It may be a great cover and I have no doubt that it is, however I need something a 7-8 lb newborn fits into and I can guarantee this would not have fit my first 7 lb 5 oz newborn... I will try to update after I actually use it with how it actually works. My update after putting this newborn cover to use...... it is a beautiful cover, the color is lovely and everything functions at it should, the thing I really love about it, is it's softness, it is a very pliable and comfortable cover. However........ it is still a huge newborn cover. As a matter of fact, my 8 MONTH OLD is STILL wearing this cover. He's a lanky child under 18 lbs but that doesn't change the fact that this so called 'newborn' cover still fits him. He's all the way out in both rise and hip snaps so it won't go much longer. So the moral of the story is, I love this cover, but my hope was for a cover that fit my newborn (he was 7lb. 3 oz.) at birth and I disliked it enough that I didn't wear it till he was at least 2 n a half months old. I definitively got my use out of it anyway since he is so thin now unlike my first child. If you're looking into buying this, do so only if you're looking to use others diapers or disposables on your baby at first, or you're expecting to have a 10+ lb baby. If you're just looking to add to your stash a little later, then go for it, it is a very well made and beautiful cover🙂 I hope I was helpful!

Effective
I have a four month old and a toddler in these covers and they fit better on my toddler, when snapped to the smallest setting it looks bulky. However, these covers have never let breastfed baby poop or toddler poop come out. My baby is exclusively breastfed and that kind of poop can be evasive and leak out of diapers but the double leg gussets and the elastic in the back held even the biggest mess inside!I had issues with urine leaks on my toddler, the cover was soaked through, but I knew that it was not the covers fault but that I did not put enough absorbancy inside the cover. I like that I can machine wash these or hand wash them and they will air dry expeditiously. Even with the bulky look of these on small babies I would still repurchase them because they hold everything inside. I had problems with the covers leaving indentations on my toddler's back but then I got better at folding her prefolds the cover no longer left any marks. I was thinking of trying other brand covers but am glad that I just bought these. They work effectively.

Nice soft nappy wraps, good for small babies.
These are lovely soft wraps. I have bought Kanga Care wraps in the past and they are much softer than other. Wraps I have had. The colours are bold and don't run in the wash. I'm only giving 4 stars as these don't last that long. My baby was 8lb at birth and us now around 10lb 4 weeks later and they won't last much longer. Like that they are double gusseted as good containment. Been using these with Flip stay dry inserts to make a nice slim fit nappy. They are a bit too small to fit over a little lamb. Would recommend if you are expecting a small baby as they fit better than other newborns from the start and would last longer.

My absolute favorite covers!
We've been cloth diapering our little guy since he was about 12 weeks old - had planned to do it from birth but he was a tiny preemie so we waited until he hit 8 lbs before we started. We've only got a modest stash, 4 covers & 24 prefolds but its more then sufficient for us. I bought 2 Rumparooz newborn covers & 2 that are one-size made by Thirsties but the Rumparooz are by far my favorite. We have relegated yhe Thirsties to the bottom of the drawer as our backups if the Rumparooz covers are in the wash. Both fit him decent and have had zero leaks over the past 2 months but the Rumparooz have double snap closure at waist that are one on top of the other so the waist band is wider. The fabric seems nicer, though the green Tadpole color was far brighter and more neon then i was expecting but the black one called Phantom is so gorgeous that we actually call it his tuxedo diaper. With no rise adjustments, these can fit a Rearz infant size prefold (folded pad style) without having to fold any excess. They are generously sized - when we started we had everything as tight as it goes and even now with him having grown quite alot, he still has room to grow in these. The snaps closure does mean having to fiddle a bit with closing them as sometimes he will be inbetween notches (one snap is too loose but one over is too tight) but its really not that difficult. I also prefer the snaps for laundry purposes as i have had trouble with velcro in wash before.

Beautiful colour
Great product for my 5 month old daughter. Saves me from cleaning her poop up her back. Helps to keep all in tact in her diaper. Love the colour!! Easy to clean and wipe down.

Very well made and easy to adjust
Only complaint: the color is not as subdued of a navy as it appears on screen. It is more of a Nasa space blue. These diaper covers are fabulous. Very well made and easy to adjust. Never had a leak.
