Xperia 1 SIM Free Unlocked UK Smartphone, 6.5inch 4K HDR OLED Screen, 128GB Memory, 6GB RAM, Android 9.0 - Supplied with 64 GB Memory Card – Purple

Thus seller is very reliable, good product, quick turnaround time. Good professional. I will use this seller again.

Best phone Sony ever made, feels small in the hand but still has an amazingly large screen. And the tall ratio is great for video or multi tasking. Actually writing this review in the Amazon app with a YouTube video playing above it in split screen while sitting outside in the sun! Screen easy to see outside even with polarised sunglasses (both portrait and landscape). Good brightness in auto mode. Performance is what you expect from a flagship, it's smooth and snappy. Clean skin, almost like stock android on a pixel with only small Sony add-ons. Camera is finally amazing, also have an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10 and this has better dynamic range and natural colours. And the wide angle is miles ahead of the S10, much much sharper. All and all, highly recommend!

Great phone, arrived in perfect condition. Not my first time buying from this seller who is very helpful and Communicative. Highly recommended!

Amazing phone, 4K Oled HDR display the screen is just brilliant .It is for those who consume content, play games, watch movies it has 21:9 ratio ( once you get used to it you will not like other formats). Please do take a note that this is a huge phone in terms of length ,though the design has been very classy and it feels good. There are 3 cameras in the back that can take wide angle , telephoto and portrait. It can shoot 4k videos .It has dual speakers and the sound is really better than previous phones like sony xz premium. It comes with 128 GB capacity and 6gb memory. There is a micro SD slot to increase phone capacity. The phone runs silky smooth and has pretty much vanilla android. There is cinema pro from Sony that you need to use. It is a brilliant phone and it is truly amazing. Icing on the cake if you preordered you get Sony wh-1000xm3 wireless noise cancelling headphones (sweet deal for the price). Happy days!!!

Decided to go for this phone after a long deliberation and I’m pleased I did. It’s a great looking phone and the software is fast. The video quality is superb too. It’s a long phone but narrower than other phones which makes it easier to hold. I highly recommend this phone

Sony has been a step behind in its product launching and keeping ups with competition, but this phone really makes up for the lost time and credibility. I have been using this as my primary phone and a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 as my secondary one. This alone says a lot. The snapdragon 855 works seamlessly, the screen is by far the best is have seen in a phone, the battery life is impressive and the 21/9 ratio fits perfectly in my hand. Have nothing bad to say about this phone. Well done Sony

After poor customer service from Samsung I decided to switch to Sony Xperia 1 after a break of around 9 years from Sony handsets. After 8 days I decided to send it back. Here's why : Wi-fi connection : Quite simply it kept dropping the WiFi connection. I did a speed test on another device and I was getting over 50mb but the hand set either regular dropped the connection or would not search and load pages in Google Chrome. Camera : Considering Sony supplies other smartphones with cameras and it's an area of expertise for the brand the quality of photos doesn't come close to Samsung Galaxy range. Dark and dull looking photos. The 4k resolution specialist feature is a waste of time. Unless your in bright sunlight everything l9ks dark as if your filming at dusk. A useless addition and no way of editing any footage. Switching off : for no apparent reason the handset intermittently turned off. Not great if your expecting a call. Screen Size and 4K picture : One feature that blows any other smart phone away is watching 4k video. However, the screen aspect ratio of 21:9 rather than 16:9 is pointless as everything I watched had 2 Black lines down the sides as it was filmed in 16:9 or you can fill the screen but lose a % of what you should be watching. For the price which was £849 around the same as the galaxy 10+ you get a lot less for your money. I've never been so disappointed by a phone since the arrival of smartphones. If Sony want to seriously compete with Samsung they have a lot of catching up to do. So my for me faults, glitches and a poor performing smartphone.

I wasn't sure about the 21:9 screen when I ordered the phone but now I have used it I really appreciate the form factor. The phone is high quality and I am very pleased. The purple colour is really really nice. If you buy this phone you will need to buy a case as it is very slippery (and lovely). The speakers are not quite as good as my old Sony XZ premium, but overall that is the only fault I can find. I am very pleased with my new phone.
