Review: The best pans at any price - This is my 4th Scanpan. I bought the first two 40 years ago and they still are going strong. They have all the right attributes. They are non-stick but still allow a nice carmelization to occur. They clean easily, do not scratch, and require minimal maintenance. Best pans available.
Review: Tough, easy to clean, fantastic warranty - I have several scanpans and have replaced others for free with their great warranty. Use any utensil (don’t do a anything stupid like trying to chip burned on beef residue with a metal spatula), even heat and non stick. Simply run hot water in the hot pan and gunk steams off, no other pan can do this without warping. Costly but are a lifetime investment.

I have several scanpans and have replaced others for free with their great warranty. Use any utensil (don’t do a anything stupid like trying to chip burned on beef residue with a metal spatula), even heat and non stick. Simply run hot water in the hot pan and gunk steams off, no other pan can do this without warping. Costly but are a lifetime investment.
