Updating my review after use for 4 yrs ...I can’t believe it turns out to be fabulous machine ...I had few harsh words for the machine when I bought it n rated it 3 stars ..but now I change it to 5 stars. It needed just small repair which cost be Rs. 150 after 4 yrs of use n now it’s still going strong. Below is my previous review.Good machine, works well...but Cheap plastic for the jar. Besides Jars are small. In main big jar u cant put more than 250 ml milk for milk shake. Cap is so cheap plastic and weak to feel That u will hav to be cautious when tightning it before starting machine. U would always b afraid That u might crush That jar Cap..a bit costly for its quality, I bought it for Rs. 1650 in lightning deal...... But delievery was quick so i would give amazon 5 star for it.

It's good for smoothies, but for wet and dry grinding like coconut and masalas the blades are too small and delicate and power of motor is not enough for this.

Red colour mixer grinder delivered in place of order of silver colour . Further item is not packed in brand package , it is simply kept / packed in Amazon package . Please change / modify instructions to pick up person for return of item , as item is not accepting by Amazon representative . Please take early action so that other mixer grinder could be purchased .

Useless product. Got the delivery in October,, opened it two days ago to use it for the first time. The machine refuses to work. Proves the point that seconds and substandard products are sold to the Amazone customers. Mail to company's customer care for warrenty coverage was responded with a wage brief reply with no clarity on what needs to be done. Hardly any service centres in the counrry. Future buyers advised to resist this product.

Awesome product. I am using it for making smoothies and grinding cinnamon sticks. I also make protein shake and coffee and it's the best I have used so far. I need extra jars .

After six month it is out of order and there is very less Service station in pan india now local Techanician fail to procure its spare parts, such useful product is not value for money.
