New 2 in 1 Eyeliner Eye Shadow Pen Spong Waterproof Eyeliner Pencil Makeup Pen White

I bought this to highlight my eyes. I honestly am not impress with it at all. It was hard to get it to work on waterline of eye and doesn't show up like I would expect it or wanted it to. I took it to the back of my hand and had to mark a few times and let body heat make it work better then I also tried it on my eye. It did not come off on my eye like it did on back of my hand. On my hand it is exactly what I want but I had to do it a few times in a way to melt it from body heat to get it to work right and go over it too. It's prefect on back of hand like I said but does not do the same thing in the waterline or even under the eye no matter how safely you put pressure on it. Trust me I tried big time. I am not impressed at all. I won't return it I will just keep it for Halloween type make up on the body. I will buy something else. I won't use this brand again either. I tried this in white and gray from this brand. Both are the same way. There is better brands and products out there. It's what I get for being cheap I guess as my husband would say lol. It was packaged ok. The back piece that has the smudger on it was shattered on both items. So it's no good and is barely on it. One of them it wasn't even on when I got it.

Very light pigment, layer it a couple times for it to be visible at all. Pretty sparkles though.

Product was great and lasted all day, it didn't sweat off, or dull out. worked wonders! Very Happy.

This is a really nice eyeliner. It takes a couple tries to apply if you're putting it on your waterline, but it's wonderful.
