This is a 6 piece, 3 per side. My question is if the 3 pieces per side are as a one-piece assembly? Im looking for a one piece assembly!

No they are not, you use your bezel , that is why it is not one peice

So I read the reviews and one said that this set is not the whole assembly as pictured and just the headlight only. Is that correct??

This set will be exactly the same as on the pictures. It will be the full assembly for both sides.
