Back piece not cushioned, otherwise nice and comfortable couch
I had such a hard time finding a grey couch for my small space and after looking through several websites and stores, I finally settled on this one. Amazon gave us the option of paying it in monthly payments (no credit card or credit check required) on our debit card and we opted for that. It came shipped in one box, in good condition. Beware that the box is very heavy and you will likely need two people to carry it if you are going up some stairs. I like that the instructions were clear and it is even partially assembled in my opinion. It's not in a million pieces, like other furniture we've purchased and put together. The color is definitely a light grey, although NOT a solid grey, it is more of a heather grey and it's exactly what I wanted. The fabric is textured, not smooth which I also wanted because I feel it is easier to spot clean. The cushion on the seat is a medium firm, but not hard as a rock. I also wanted this firmness because I feel that it'll last longer over time and I won't sink into it. My boyfriend mainly uses the couch to game and he sits comfortably on it for hours at a time. He's tall and I was concerned about the height of the back of the couch being high enough to support his back, but it's fine. Now for what I don't like: My boyfriend likes to sit right in the middle of the couch and the cushion has visibly flattened where he sits. Although he does game for hours at a time, this is not an everyday thing because he works alot. So there is no reason for the cushion to have sunken in so much within two months of use. The thing I dislike the most about this couch is the low quality of the back piece or "cushion" but I wouldn't even call it that because it just feels like fabric. It is nothing like the cushion that you actually sit on. I feel like I have to lean back carefully when I sit on the couch because I'm afraid the back will rip or break. I think that if the back piece were of the same construction and comfort of the cushion, I'd love this couch. Because of the back piece, I think that this couch is overpriced and to me it is worth more like $300 instead of almost the $400 we're paying. I still gave it 4 stars, because I knew it wouldn't be of a fine quality, and it is still decent and comfortable and it looks nice. I added some throw pillows to make the back feel a little more secure. I think this couch is definitely not a long term buy, which is fine because we just really needed something to fit into our current small space until we move. I would purchase this again, but only if it were on sale.

Decent for the price
For the price, not a terrible small couch. Two things:1) The way it is designed makes for weakness if you apply side to side forces. I would be careful if buying for children or if you have a rambunctious dog2) The backrest is not very comfortable. Add some pillows, that that problem is solved, but on its own not a very comfortable cushion. For me, it works as I needed a very specific size to fit in a small studio. Wouldn't pay much more than $300 for it, so if prices go up, maybe look elsewhere.

Back is very cheap feeling
I love the look and assembly was easy but the back of the couch “pops” like its cardboard and sinks in. It is sturdy but feels like the frame has cardboard wrapped around it and when you lean back, you feel and hear it give way. Extra firm seat cushion also. After 2 months cushion sags!!!!

Value for the money
Great for a small studio or bedroom, or as a secondary seating option in your living room. It’s not a $2,000 sofa, so your comfort expectations should be adjusted. That said, it’s much much more comfortable than any other sofa we have bought in the same price range. The removable seat cushion will likely soften over time, and the back and sides are well padded. Overall, we are really happy with this couch!Assembly is really simple. One of the pieces was off by about a millimeter. I hammered it a bit and it for together.

Don’t but
Hate this sofa and regret buying it. I’m a 130 lb girl and this sofa is already worn out and I’ve had it since August. Biggest waste of money... wish I could return it

Visually pleasing, slightly unsturdy.
Easy to assemble and good value for the price. I highly recommend getting Gorilla Grips for the feet of the couch. There’s a middle leg on the couch that was too short when installed and it really threw off the balance of the couch, making it feel unsturdy. Once I added those to all of the legs, it made a big difference though!

Broken couch
This is a broken couch with two left arms instead of a working left and right arm. Given the size and weight, we can't even return it and just lost all our money.

Inexpensive couch
Fabric has a rip in it.
