It is really useful but the heat/cold that you expect from hot water bag cannot be matched. It is useful to apply on uneven body parts like elbow or knee covering all area due to its flexibility. Heat/cold retention is not great though.

Iis best.. Hv been using since 6 months.. Placed it on my waist n layed over it.. Didn't tear or damage.. Comfortable to use n remains cool fr fours.. Size is so good for any part u place.. Flexible enough to fit anywhere.. No leakage even placing body weight on it

It's best for cold purpose only. If u heat it for more than 5 mins. It may get leakage problem so be careful with heating. But gel is packed with pure organic gel really it's amazing. And I love wonderful cooling. I kept in deep freezer for 3 hours and I used only for 30mins. after 30mins the cooling will be decreases slowly again. if we need some more for cooling means u can freeze it for 1 hours for using again for pain relief and u can use for eyes also. Anyway I love this product with 🔵 blue gel is amazing. I love that gel pack. Thank u amazon with fast delivery 🚚 I love it.
