Great product and great customer support!
I ordered two of these shelves on different occasions. One was perfect but the other arrived without the threaded inserts for the feet. I messaged the company and they very quickly sent the parts. The shelves are very sturdy - we’re using them for terrariums. They were easy to assemble, less than 30 minutes from opening the box to having it fully assembled.

Excellent Heavy Duty Multi-Purpose Shelving
An excellent multi-purpose shelving unit, this set stood up to my daughter and I jumping on them with no problem. Looking around at other websites, these shelves have a max capacity of 1,000 lb. per shelf on the 24" x 36" version and 1,250 lb. per shelf on the 18" x 36" version.I currently use them to hold 5 gallon jugs of water and 50 lb. buckets of salt for my aquarium as well as some tool boxes. I've personally never had more than about 250 lb. or so per shelf so I'm not sure how well they will do at maximum capacity.I currently have them in my storage closet but they would also work great for dry garages, commercial kitchens, or shops. The stand is not super heavy, the total package weighs about 64 lbs.The shelves are extremely easy to put together and normally require no type of tools unless you are strapping them to the wall which I haven't done. I did use a hammer to tap in the caps on top of the poles since I used the two 2 shelf configuration. All hardware is well made and seems very durable. The poles have notches about every 2 inches so you can set the shelves to whatever height best fits your needs. If you separate them evenly, there is about 18 inches between each shelf minus the small overhang on the bottom of the shelf. If you don't need nearly that much space between them they offer individual pieces you can buy separately so you can always add a couple extra shelves to it (I'm not sure the total weight limit on the poles if doing this.)The edges of the rack have a very nice lip that hangs down around it which can be used with hooks to hang kitchenware or tools from or with wire-ties to organize wiring if using it for a server or music rack or some other type of electronics.I have not used castors with mine so I can't comment on that part. The overall look is very clean. For an industrial grade item, this thing looks good.Overall, I think this rack is a great value. It is nicer than some shelving I've seen for 3 to 4 times the price and I intend to buy a couple more in the future.

Solid, high quality shelving
These wire shelves are very sturdy and quite easy to put together. I like the fact that they can be assembled either as a single tall unit or as two 36”high units. Extra fittings were provided if the two half height choice was selected. In assembling the units a rubber mallet, line-level, and tape measure were handy to have. The tape measure was faster to use in determining shelf heights (I bought extra shelves to install on the basic unit) than using the markings on the support poles.Even though I read the reviews about these shelves, I didn’t really know what to expect. After buy my first unit, I was s pleased with the quality and design of the product that I bought 3 more 72”tall units. I set them up in bar configurations in my garage. I read in review that said you needed two people to assemble these shelves. I’m 84 years old and I had no trouble doing the job by myself.I ran into only one minor problem (one that was mentioned by another reviewer) and that was the presence of a small metal burr on the inside of three of the corner rings of the shelves. These small metal bumps prevent the ring from sliding smoothly and securely over the plastic positioned on the poles. Each ring on each shelf should be checked before attempting assembly. If a burr is found it is easily removed with a few strokes of a half-round file.I’m very pleased with these good looking, sturdy shelves. They are high quality units that will last for years - and they’ll certainly outlast me.

Came a week early and very sturdy (easy together)
This shelving unit has a brace running across each shelf making it very sturdy. I am a 67yr old disabled woman and this took me less than 30 minutes to put together. Just screw the peices into the bottom rods and screw the top rods on and put rods against the wall top up. Put the black snap on peices on the rods, start with the bottom and you must put that shelf close to bottom, I put it right above the double rings where I could see them. Make sure that the thin side is up on the black peices (it says up) and on the inside you can feel a thin ridge the must fit into a grove in the rod. Snap 2 black peices together. You won't hear a snap but you won't be able to move them if they are in the grove. When you get the bottom one on each pole then lay a shelf on it's side on the floor with outside lip pointing down (I stood it up with 3 bags of flour) insert poles top first all the way to bottom and securely onto the black things. Then sit it up and stand on each corner. I weigh 200lbs. Once seated well lay shelves back on side and count the rings that you can see from the top of the bottom black things and put the black things on the next pole rings for the next to the bottom shelf (make sure you count the rings on the poles and they are turned the same way. Add shelf and just push on as tight as you can. You can put shelves where you want them after bottom shelf. Just make sure you put the black things on the same indentation on each pole by counting and snap into the pole with the grove on the inside of the black thing. Push all the shelves on pushing it the middle so they push on all 4 poles at once. Continue each shelf as before coming up from the bottom. The top one of mine I put about a foot from top because I am short. Now screw in levelers or wheels into the bottom and sit up. Congratulations you now have a beautiful shelving unit! NO TOOLS NEEDED!

Sturdy but fussy to assemble
The shelving is well built and sturdy, unlike some cheap alternatives. However, the clips that hold the shelves in place are fussy to work with. I found that with each shelf, at least one clip would slide down under the weight of the shelf, so it took multiple attempts with each one.
