When I ordered these bars I thought coffee and peanut butter sounded like a strange flavor combination but, you know what? It works! They're really tasty! In fact, after eating my first bar, I found myself looking forward to having one the next day.They're chewy but a soft kind of chewy. Aside from the flavor, it's how soft they are that I love. Also, the ingredient list is small and I can pronounce everything on it. There's a good amount of protein in it, so it feels like I'm having a meal more than a snack. They contain no artificial sweeteners. They are free of any of the many ingredients that cause me to have GI upset and which tend to be in most protein/energy bars. I'm really glad I gave these a try. I'll definitely be ordering more! I'm excited to try the pumpkin pie flavor.UPDATE: I've eaten a ton of these bars- I've ordered 12 boxes in total since October 2020. At some point they started getting harder and harder (no they weren't expired). They've been rock-hard. Like if you threw one at a window, the window would probably shatter. Like I'm actually worried I'll break a tooth. And more recently the taste is off. I can't figure out what I'm tasting but it's awful.These bars used to be a great product. I loved them. So much that I've been enduring these whatever they are now with the hopes they'd return to what they once were. It's clear that's not going to happen, so I give up. It's so disappointing. Mixt Solutions, I don't know what's up but, please, go back to making these the way you used to. I'd keep buying them if they weren't the garbage they are now.

It's hard to find a protein bar that tastes good, is high protein, and healthy, but this matches all three. I've only found one other bar, rise bar, that meets my standards but I like this one too, both because the coffee flavor is good, and sometimes I want the caffeine hit. These were hard to find or discontinued for a while, and I looked for a substitute and couldn't find one - I'm so glad they are back!

I’m a coffee lover. I was very disappointed in this product. First, you need scissors to remove from the individual foil/plastic package, not convenient. Second, it really had NO COFFEE TASTE AT ALL, Really??? One good point, it is filling and kept me satiated well beyond lunch.

I eat one most mornings. I like the "simple ingredients" aspect of this bar. The taste is above average for this sort of product. Texture is good--like a fudge but dryer and more crumbly.

Tastes like cardboard and is about the same in toughness

I bought these for the coffee, but they just taste good. Smooth and delicious. I would eat them a lot more if I could afford it. I like them better than other bars. Not extravagantly flavored just good. This especially applies to the Almond bars. I like them both but will probably pay the extra cost and just get the Almond bars in the future. Despite the peanut butter bars being good the Almond bars are even better.

This bar tends to be dry and crumbly, especially if old. However, so many protein bars are sickly sweet, and mushy. I like this bar with coffee. It is not sweet.
