Software app not supported on iphone 7Plus and therefore no good!!
Shocked! Tried installing January 2019 on iphone 7Plus and got a message saying app is not trusted by Apple and therefore Apple will not run the app on my phone! Never seen this message from Apple before. Lens therefore cannot be used. Will be returning. Surprised there is no notice in reviews or on website that there is an issue with the app.

Will not be able to use it .... ever !
Oh what a scam, the app is not available on the App Store . I have an iPhone X. No other app will be able to use this lens, box is opened , they don’t accept returns . This is now a piece of junk plastic that will never be used . Thanks Merlin!

Half the photo is different resolution
Keep in mind your iPhone 8+ front and back cameras are different resolutions (12mp & front 7mp) so the overall photo is not the best of quality on the bottom half (front lens portion) of the 360 photo. Great idea but this issue is a deal breaker for me in returning it. Plus you can't record video. Shouldn't the product software allow that? Cool product if you don't care about those two main issues but can't stand looking at a photo that's 1/'2 good.

It doesn’t take high resolution photos
The build is poor quality as it started falling apart in my bag. Also for some reason the camera quality is worse than the camera quality of your phone. I have an iPhone 7 and it takes grainy photos Higgs my camera takes nice sharp photos. Very disappointed with this item. Don’t waste your money here with many alternatives.
