Is this just for goldwings? i have a 2007 honda shadow sabre 1100cc.

I can see in BikeBandit that the ‘14 GL1800F6B (my bike) and ‘07 Sabre 100 (your bike) have the same part number listed for the oil filter in each of their fiches. I suspect this filter, washer, and oil kit would work for your bike.

My bike is a 01 cbr 929; does the filter fit?

I don't think it will work for your bike, this is for Honda Goldwing With 1832cc from years 2001 to 2017, I believe the cbr 929 uses a different oil filter.

Can it be used on 2013 f6b goldwing?

Yes, this IS what you want. It's the same engine as the Goldwing and they both have wet clutches. The filter will also fit. Make sure you get the crush washer off and the new one on the drain plug.
