I am a 2 gun guy and I carry a pair of 380 bodyguards for everyday. When thing get up a little here Phoenix area I upgrade to a pair of glock 40s. The top inside pockets dont print at all. Not so great for a revolver but a little velcro might make it better. I really like the vest, I bought 1 as a gift and 2 for me. I also wear a belly band rig in hotter weather when it is too hot for a vest. Best of luck, stay safe. **Q: Are the concealed carry pockets located near the armpits, deep enough to conceal a large frame semi auto?** A: my glock 17 will fit in the inside pockets, one on each side, both sides have a built in holster to put a small frame in but the full size glock 17 will not fit in it right. it will fit in the pocket though, i like the vest for my glock26 and there are lots of pocket all big. and mag holders on the inside. when i where it i dont feel the weight of the glock and you cant see it at all. **Q: Medium back collar to hem length?** A: I really like the vest.
