For about the equivalent output I put the master volume on a clean channel on 10 and adjusted my tones, and I adjusted the box at about 50%. ( I made a midpoint marking using a circular label and then aproximated quarter points and zero and max). Took it to the gig, once I started to play it on stage I had to tweak it to about 60%- but my amp sounded good with a nice solid bottom and not muddy as described by another purchaser.
