Spalding Women's Slim-Fit Yoga Pant

I ordered these pants based on the great reviews on how they fit and kept my fingers crossed they would be long enough since the reviews on length are all over the place. My pants arrived with an inseam of 32.5" and they shrunk to 31.5" after being washed on cold and then thrown in the dryer with the rest of my cotton clothes. I could have probably kept them closer to their original length if I hadn't dried them, but at 5'6" they're still plenty long enough for me (the photo is after being washed).I've worn them running and running errands and on an international flight, and one of these days I'll get around to wearing them to yoga. They aren't high-end yoga pants. They are a basic, lightweight but not see-through pant that is well worth the price of $19.99.

These pants are awesome! I bought a bunch of pairs so I can "keep them in stock." Last year, I purchased some of the Capri version, and loved them so much that I practically wore them out. I was pleased to see that I could get more of those, as well. The fabric is soft, yet substantial in feel and look. No "see through" here, no matter what color undies you have on. The cotton wicks moisture away and dries really fast. There is no tag in the back to irritate my skin (there is one on the side, but it is soft and doesn't rub). They wash like a dream (I started washing them inside out to avoid pilling, although since I've owned them for over a year now with daily wear, I can say that pilling is not a problem with these pants, so turning them inside out doesn't seem necessary). Wash them with other similar colored garments to avoid color transfer. Be sure to dry them on a hanger or on the line, and not in the dryer (they shrink a tiny bit, but the spandex will wear out much faster if you dry them in the dryer because of the heat - this is true for any spandex containing fabric/garment). Really nice pants for the money.

The only reason I am posting a review is because everyone commented on how long these were, which is the reason I purchased them. I am 5'6" and these are NOT long. I wish they were at least an inch longer. Otherwise the quality is good as far as material, etc. goes. But they are average in length. If you are taller than 5'5", I do not recommend getting these.

I love these pants. I'm 5'3 126 lbs and SM fits perfect. They hold there shape all day. Wash and dry low no issues at all. I've tried others but only been ordering only these past 3 yrs. Perfect Fit!!!

It was hard for me to decide how many stars to give these pants, because the quality is great and they're my favorite brand of Activewear, but... I'm only 5'4 and they're about 4 inches too long on me :(I ordered these pants based on other reviewers who are the same height as me and said these pants were not too long, so I don't know what happened. I may look into getting them shortened but it depends how much it'll cost.

I love these yoga pants. I've been wearing them for most of the past year. I gave some to my sister and she wears them all the time too. They have a slight flare at the bottom, just the perfect amount. Most flared yoga pants seem to have a very wide flare which looks silly (to me) and feels like way too much fabric when exercising in them. The material is soft, not too thin or thick. The best thing about these is how they look. They'e neat and slimming, not like sloppy looking exercise pants. I've even worn them to the office with a nice sweater or blouse. They're also good for yoga, walking, the gym, shopping. Wherever I wear them, I feel like I look good. My only complaint is that they only have 2 colors.

I have the non-slim fit version of the Spalding pants, which I like quite a bit (and in which I'm a comfortable medium), and ordered these later. These feel significantly snugger -- not just slimmer, but cut smaller overall. If I were ordering another pair, I'd get a large (I'm typically an 8-12 in pants.)

I have been searching forever to find a replacement for my Victoria's Secret Original/Most Loved Yoga Pant (and still waiting for VS to bring them back based on popular demand!). :P I would say that these are the closest I have found - hooray! I own them in both the Bootleg (wider) style and this Slim Fit style. The wider style is perfect for a more casual look (i.e. with sneakers) and the slim fit can pretty much be worn with anything from t-shirts to blouses to sweaters. I am 5'5" and about 125-130 pounds, and the medium is perfect for me when pairing them (specifically, the slim fit) with heels. If you are going to wear flats, you might want to wash them on cool/warm to shrink them a bit (I wash my Bootleg ones on warm and stick them in the dryer for about 10 minutes in order for them to be short enough for my sneakers.). I will also note that, over time, wear, and washing, they do get a little looser. Hopefully, all of this info. is useful in your decision making process!
