Have had several of these mattresses- most were good. The newest one is less than 2 years old and it has developed a big round shaped depression right in the middle. It's unusable and customer service number is not in service and website link broken... stay away!

I am sleeping much better these days.Even though this mattress is more firm than I would select in a store, it is still comfortable. I do wish it were heavier so it wouldn't slip around when I am making it up, but what do you expect for a few hundred bucks. My old one was heavy and never budged but I had paid 3 times as much for it.There was a chemical odor at first that was making me sick. I finally had to sleep on the couch to get over it. I tried vacuuming the mattress and spraying it with Odoban® and then letting it air without bed sheets. After a couple of weeks, it actually took on a nice smell- and I am not one to like smells at all. As a super-smeller, I find perfumes and scents to be sickening- thank goodness it wasn't a floral scent! I was worried at first, because i didn't know if the chemical smell would ever leave: but we're good now.For some reason, they made this mattress just a wee bit wider than my standard box spring. It's not a big deal, though. I like the look and the smooth feel of it. I wouldn't hesitate to buy this brand again but I would like one less firm and would make plans in advance to air it out.

This bed is amazingly firm and comfortable. But I kept thinking "this does not look like 9 inches." So I measured it and sure enough it is 7 inches. For such a thin mattress it is incredible. I want to repurchase this mattress in the preferred size, but will the next mattress have the same problem?

This mattress was delivered to me on Feb 20, 2020. Everything looked good at first but it never fully reached the 9 inches as advertised. Additionally it was advertised as having one inch of memory foam which would have been perfect for me. I wanted firm. The mattress when expanded had two inches of foam. Not what I wanted. I flipped it over to sleep on the firmer base foam side and that was comfortable for me. However the chemical smell became unbearable. I checked the tag in the mattress and it was manufactured Nov 2018. Maybe it was sealed and compressed all that time causing the fumes to concentrate? Anyway I put the mattress in a separate room to air out but it still is not acceptable to sleep on. Perhaps another week or two and the chemical smell will disappear.

Honestly it’s a great quality bed for the price. It’s medium firm and I love the cool gel. I’ve been having a lower back problem the last few months and this bed is definitely helping! I only feel it every once in a while now and it’s much more manageable. The smell did linger for a bit, but it’s not a gross bothersome smell at all.

I was moving & needed a new bed. This bed is perfect for me, a 75 yr old female. I researched all the most popular beds like this one & needed the best price & this one met all my needs.I am using it on an adjustable bed frame & am sleeping better than I have in a very long time. I am completely enjoying the comfort of this adjustable bed.Highly recommended!

Prompt easy delivery to our door and simple to unpack and set up.This is the 2nd purchase, the 1st was for our RV, we will buy another for our winter home.I was having night sweats with our memory foam mattress and the cooling gel and relieved these symptoms.The outer pad is nice quality and sheets stay snug. Great purchase for the money.

Supposed to be firm, it’s more of a medium/soft. I’ve had it a few weeks now and it still smells. It was cheap, so I really can’t expect perfect, but I still wouldn’t buy again.
