Great product would buy again.
My grandson had a blast watching them as they progressed and transformed. Great alternative to toys and goid learning oputunity. Worked just as described eventhough we didn't open until a few days after receiving it.

Fun
1 caterpillar came dead. The rest survived and we got to watch the life cycle. My daughter loved the butterflies and watching them grow. I recommend! I would do this again.

My son loved doing this. We didn't have a problem with any of the caterpillars 👼during transport and we live in the southwest where it gets hot.

Customer service and caterpillars health
I received items. All the caterpillars were not moving. I waited over the standard days to see if they would start to move. They were dead. I followed the next steps to contact customer server and provided pictures to show they were dead. No response. After 2 more weeks I emailed support again. They wanted pictures again. Well, I have since deleted them and threw the dead bugs out. They will not look for the previous email nor provide new caterpillars. There are better companies to use to get caterpillars from. I've never had them not moving when they arrive from other companies either. I would return everything else, but the enclourse and other accessories it comes with are nice.

So far so good
Only 4 Caterpillar survived the trip. The nets really small. I was expecting bigger. I also was expecting for the feeding tray and log to be a harder plastic and it’s not. It’s a plastic cheap material. They came fast . I think a little pricy for the side of net and cheap product but 4 caterpillars are growing. I’m not going to give it below 4 stars because my daughter loves the journal she’s drawing and documenting in daily.

Absolutely loved!! Would recommend!!
I bought this as a cool learning experience for my kids and they absolutely loved it! They checked on it daily to watch the growth process of the caterpillars int butterflies. I would definitely recommend!
