Any liquid starts to evaporate through the cork topper within days despite being closed tightly. Any idea how to stop this from happening?

I seal the corks with epoxy resin. Dip the cork in the resin, set in place, let cure, then another layer of resin coating the entire cork.

Are these vials and corks food safe?

Not sure but I use them for oils and use the oils on my face/skin.
