Few settings
This product is great for me. I just want to strengthen my wrists and forearms a bit. I am not looking to bust any world records. I haven’t had it very long, but so far so good.If I could go back, I would think more about form and being able to adjust the level of resistance. A mechanism that both encourages appropriate form and can be adjusted as my body grows would be most ideal.This item may or may not encourage proper form. I don’t know. But it doesn’t seem to me to change much in terms of resistance.

CAUSES CANCER
Right on the outside of the box has a warning label stating "This product can expose you to chemicals including Toluene and Cadmium which are known to the State of California to cause Cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm." Look up both of these chemicals and you'll see they are highly toxic. Not worth the risk
