My guess is when you cast this, you will be overlaying several layers. I think you would need a very sharp knife or handsaw to cut it at this point. You also may find that the cut edges would be a bit rough as the cast will splinter to a certain degree once cut. Hope this is of help Tom. **Q: It still feels a little damp after 2 hours, only one layer. Anyone found this problem?** A: Had no problem with it. If the surface you're casting on is non-porous, drying may be affected. I often put mine in the oven for about 30mins at <100C. **Q: Can this product be used for a broken bone cast** A: I would recommend you get the cast fixed properly at a fracture clinic ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ very easy to use. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 1 January 2026* Great width easy to cut down into smaller widths for smaller projects ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 14 May 2025* Ideal for my railway structures.
