Just what I was looking for... or I thought.
Update: After using this grinder for a while, I’m changing my review from 4 stars to 1 star. The magnet issue has become more of an issue. Three separate times someone has picked it up by the top and spilled it when grinding, because the magnet isn’t strong enough to hold it together. Also the lid is squeaking the more and more I use it. I thought the wider thread pitch that made it unscrew faster was a good thing, now I see that it just causes the threads to bind a lot, and can be difficult to thread on properly. And lastly I’ve been getting quite a bit of metal shavings in my herb. Great idea for a grinder, but they need better quality materials.Only reason it doesn’t have 5 stars is because I think you guys should have a little stronger magnets on the lid, but otherwise it grinds just as good as my Chromium Crusher, but it takes less turns to get to the herbs, has a finer pollen screen, and I love the clear compartment to see if you have anything inside already. And bonus, you can grind about 3x as much before you need to empty it. I’d say all around great grinder.

Product was defect, but *fantastic* customer service
Firstly, I spent waaaay too much time doing research on a "herb" grinder and landed on this one. This wasn't one of those paid reviews. I don't even know how people get that gig. It seems like an awesome gig to get free stuff and just write reviews on them.I really liked it, but mine had some factory defects in the top plastic part that I worked out with customer service. I'll write two parts on the review: the actual product, and the customer service.Product: generally easy to use and had a very satisfying feel and grind to it. It got less smooth as I used it for a few weeks, but the grind quality was still good. The magnet felt strong enough, the machining and tolerances for the different sections felt tight when screwing them together. Unfortunately there were some chunks of plastic that fell off from the top lid.Customer Service: fantastic. It went like this:1) I reached out to them describing my problem2) they got back to me quickly asking for pictures3) I took pictures from my phone and sent them4) they apologized for my experience and issued a full refundWith our marketplace today, it's all about customer/user experience and I was very pleased with how this company handled my inquiry. While my product may have been defective, the way they handled my inquiry was fantastic.

Great Quality, but you lose keif.
This is a really study grinder. It's aluminum so it feels keep, but it's honestly not. As you can see by the bud in the picture it grinds really well. However I bought this grinder to catch all that yummy kief and as you can see by my photo of the collection tray, you can see kief falling into the outside and along the threading. I probably have just as much kief on the outside of the grinder than I do on the inside. So this product gets 3 stars for quality, and a loss of two for the loss of my kief.

Window is amazing
Huge grinder can fit plenty of dry herbs. Can remember the exact amount but I believe I fit 5-10 grams within. The window is great and allows you to know without opening if you have enough. Also helps to not spill when opening to see where it's at. The window is built very durable and I've dropped it countless times and never been worried about it breaking

Teeth weren't alighted properly out of box. Go with metal design.
I got one, works fine, teeth are great. Awesome. The second one, about 6 months later, is pretty poop compared to the first one. I assume they went cheaper on MFG side.Teeth were out of alignment out of the box, the middle piece that has the actual magnet is somehow bent. When there's little build of, say, fresh oregano, it will no longer turn - the teeth are jammed. With a little elbow grease, heat, and pliers, I managed to fix some of the teeth. However, the big middle one I'm afraid might just break off if I try to move it.The plastic it's melted into is not the best idea. While it's cool to see your progress, at the expense of how much work is added to a grinding session; go get a metal grinder that's most likely CNC'd perfectly instead of sweatshop workers playing with toxic plastic.Overall, it works. Just had to do more work than I wanted to actually get it working-ish.

what I thought to be an awesome new grinder
After a long hard day working 19 hours, I came home with a smile on my face because my package had arrived. Well, wouldn't you know that I go to use this, what I thought to be an awesome new grinder, I proceed to pour out my delicious herbs and find shards of the metal coming off the teeth..... I tried it 3 different times and every time it had some in it. How can one enjoy a simple bowl after work with metal in their bud? I'm extremely disappointed in this perchase and will not ever buy from you again. Good day.

Low quality
The plastic portion separated from the “metal” where it meets on the top half after I used it once. It it didn't break I would probably be still using it.
