What is the difference with alcohol or not??

I'm confused on dosage. supplement facts on the label: "lemon balm extract - 817 mg" per .7 ml. but below that it reads "233 mg." which is correct?

I go by the drops or full dropper, but if you have a holistic specialist. I would ask them what’s best for you. This is what I do anyway.
