Works amazingly well! I take 1 pill 20 min before each meal and it helps me keep my appetite under control. I have so far lost 2lbs in under a week! Full diaclosure; I also take a daily multivitamin, along with other supplements like fish oil gummies, psyllium husk fiber, essential amino acids etc b/c I am a picky eater (due to autism) so I make sure the majority of my nutritional needs are met using supplements. That helps in keeping me from binge eating, but my weight stayed the same and I still had struggles with hunger. I added this to my arsenal and I'm not eating at night anymore and I'm making better food choices. I highly recommend however- although this was the final missing puzzle piece for me, your mileage may vary.

First, let me say that I am one of those horrible people who will eat until they physically cannot eat anymore. I do not do it all the time but on the weekends if I am at home I will literally order a pizza and eat it throughout the day. Not smart. I am 5'6 and weigh 154-not horrible but a year ago I was 135 and healthy. I saw an infomercial for Lipozene and do not really believe in diet pills but did some research and found this product. I have been using this for approx 3 weeks and I will tell you first hand my weekends no longer are filled with pizza pounding. I take 3 pills, individually, with a huge about 32 ounces of water. Immediately you fill a little bloated (from the amount of water I consume I suppose) but after about 10 minutes the bloating is gone. I will proceed to eat around 30 minutes later. I never ate too bad at work b/c I really don't like eating in front of people as is. But I used to eat a turkey on rye and a side of veggies/pasta and now I eat my side and a portion of the sandwich. For dinner I can have a salad and be perfectly fine. Obviously, things work different for different folks but this is absolutely incredible. I don't know how long it will work but I did order a second bottle and get it tomorrow. I have not lost any weight per-say but I also am walking 10 miles on the beach every Sunday and running 5 miles every night so I am assuming there is some sort of muscle gain. Bought a new scale on here that also arrives tomorrow to see if I can track the muscle to body fat ratio. When I figure out the answer I will edit my post. good luck to all!!!

I decided to try this product for appetite control after reading a medical journal article. It described a study of healthy but overweight men and women who used 4GM before meals for a period of 10 weeks in conjunction with a 500 calorie a day diet. The participants lost an average of 30 lbs by the end of the study period. That sounded promising so I ordered a bottle. Eighteen years ago, I successfully lost 50lbs and even kept it off for 10 years! But six years ago I had some super stressful life events and I gained all the weight back. Now in my 50s losing the weight is daunting. This time I can't seem to tolerate the constant hunger. My hope was this product might help. I took six capsules instead of the recommended 3 in order to duplicate the study's 4GM. I used it specifically to replace my evening meal. I fast from 1PM to 8AM daily. I found that while it didn't produce a significant feeling of fullness, it did take the edge off of my hunger and cravings, its affects were subtle. I found that I could at least summon what little willpower I had to say no to snacks instead of just giving in and ordering a pizza or something. It may be that an even larger dose may be needed for some people. For me the recommended dosage on the bottle didn't help at all. I also read that some studies showed improvement in lipids (lower cholesterol for example), so perhaps I'll check my levels in a few months to see if there's been some improvement (though having fasted daily for ten weeks, I figure it would be hard to tell whether it was my diet change or the supplement). So far I've had zero side effects. I take the six pills with plenty of liquid. No problems at all. I'd say that it's worth the $15 to experiment with. It just may help you a little bit.

I decided to try this appetite suppressant after reading so many positive reviews, but what a huge disappointment. I’ve been taking it three times a day for over three weeks, and I haven’t noticed any difference in my appetite at all. Honestly, it feels like many of the reviews are misleading, because the product simply doesn’t work as advertised. Don’t waste your money, this didn’t help me in any way.
