I was having stomach cramping after running when the weather started to get humid. Realized that I was getting dehydrated, so I started taking Mestrength and the cramping went away completely. I actually like the taste of these drinks. I bought a mixed pack and thought that all the flavors tasted great, especially when compared to other drinks like Nuun. The only concern I have is the cost, it's more expensive than Gatorade in a bottle. I run almost daily so the cost is a barrier for me. I will be switching between this and Nuun, which is 1/3 the price or less. One other note is on the creatine which is supposed to help with muscle recovery and soreness... I drank Mestrength for 2 full weeks, I think there was some reduction in muscle soreness, but not significant... If you are an athlete, hunter, etc. get it, but if your are an average joe like me looking for a good sugar free electrolyte drink buy Ultima Replenisher.
