I have always been looking for snack options that is both healthy and tasty. This Seapoint Farms dry roasted edamame is a perfect option .I love the slight salty toasted crunchiness of this snack. I have watching my calorie intake these days and this help curb my appetite as it gives me fuller tummy feel and energy which helps to avoid overeating during regular meal time. These are a great snack. A bit crunchy, but still good. Lightly salted, NOT spicy at all. Great High protein snack.!

Bland, not enough salt. I had purchased a different brand in smaller bags and loved them so I bought this container since the price was better... Now I have a huge container of bland only very lightly salted edamame to suffer through. The calorie count on this is higher as well so I am wondering which brand is not accurate. Once I finish this container, or toss it, I'll go back to the other brand. I was looking for an alternative snack to nuts that would give protein without as many calories - this is not it.

I had purchased a small snack-size bag of Seapoint Farms brand dry roasted sea salt edamames and enjoyed them alone and also on in a salad, so splurged and purchased this larger container. They are a durable item I can keep in my car to snack on when my errands run long or I get stuck in traffic (no melting!). I also don't feel guilty about snacking on a handful of these as I watch a movie or sit and read. They are a little dry......but for me, that is a big bonus, because it makes me less likely to OVER snack on them! They are not overly salty. Just perfect for what I wanted to keep in the house and car. I recommend this brand of dry roasted edamame.

I feel like these taste a little more...burnt? Than I was expecting? I guess I'm comparing them to past crunchy soybeans I've had but they might have been oil roasted? I wanted dry roasted to avoid the oil, so that's what I get I guess. Can't beat the ingredients (soybeans, salt) and the 14g protein in 1/3 cup which is very eat-able even if it's not an especially ~enjoyable~ snack.

I loved these beans. I snack on them once in a while. Very tasty and healthy. Ps: Dont take them everyday. Thrice a week should be good.

Too hot for me I'm afraid, but all a matter of taste.
