Iberia Mojo Criollo, Spanish Marinade Perfect for Marinating Chicken, Beef & Pork, Made With Real Orange Juice, 128 Fl Oz

I’ve been looking for the perfect marinade for taco meat for years, and I think this is it. I use it with chicken or steak. Cut the meat into a few large pieces, then pour just enough marinade to cover them inside a ziploc bag. Store in the fridge overnight and you’re set. I then dump the whole mess into my instant pot, but I’m sure this would grill well too. It’s tangy, acidic and zesty, and the way I cook it, it fully permeates the meat and gives the whole thing a wonderful flavor. I get this subscribe and save, and since it’s vinegar based I just keep it in the fridge until it’s gone; no need to worry about spoilage for many months. If you use just enough every time, this could marinate a solid 8-10 pounds of meat.

Got this a day before I was planning on using my China Box for the first time. Didn't have a chance to marinade overnight, so injected in a few hours before putting in the box. This may be the reason the flavor was mild. Chose this particular formulation as a friend had told me about the sour orange they use in Cuba and Florida which is not widely available. I am content if I marinade the meat longer the flavor will be more intense.

lid has a snap closure which is almost the size of removing the lid in the first place. the snap closure does not reseal at all. cant even squeeze the bottle or it will come squirting out all over the place. should have just made it a spin off lid. marinade is ok. sweet tasting.

I use this alot for pork shoulders and chicken with a light rub. I always get good comments about my pulled pork and wings I highly recommend this product.
